Terms of Service for Tulsi Bug Bounty Platform TO Tulsi Pentest Platform

Welcome to the Tulsi bug bounty platform ("Platform") operated by Tulsi Security. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Platform. By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

  1. Eligibility

    2. To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract with Tulsi Security. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

  2. User Conduct

    3. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

    • Use the Platform to transmit or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
    • Use the Platform to transmit or distribute any content that infringes on any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other proprietary rights of any third party
    • Use the Platform to transmit or distribute any viruses, worms, or other malicious code
    • Use the Platform to impersonate any person or entity, or to falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
    • Use the Platform in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks, or interfere with any other user's use and enjoyment of the Platform
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, or any other systems or networks connected to the Platform, by hacking, password mining, or any other means
    1. Intellectual Property

      2. The Platform and its contents are owned by Tulsi Security or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from the Platform without our prior written permission.

    2. Disclaimer of Warranties

      3. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.

    3. Limitation of Liability

      4. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tulsi Security and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

    4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tulsi Security and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.

    5. Termination

      6. We may terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and without notice to you. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Platform and delete any content you have obtained from the Platform.

    6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

      7. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, India.

    7. Changes to the Terms

      8. We may revise these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. The most current version of the Terms will always be posted on the Platform. If we make a material change to the Terms, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Platform. By continuing to use the Platform after we post any changes to the Terms, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.

    8. Entire Agreement

      9. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tulsi Security with respect to the Platform, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us.

    9. Waiver and Severability

      10. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
